Celery and apple soup
Home-made chicken liver pate,
crostini toast and red onion marmalade
Carpaccio of aged beef,
farmhouse crisps and sun-dried tomato oil
Roast beetroot, goat’s
cheese and green bean salad with aged balsamic vinegar
Mains
Pan-fried liver and
crisp onions, bubble and squeak and wholegrain mustard cream
Baked sea bass with
pesto mash and sauce vierge
Herb-rolled chicken
breast, buerre blanc, asparagus and sage crisps
Chargrilled courgette and oven
roast tomato tagliatelle, lemon and basil, grana padano
Slow roast belly pork, pan gravy
and chive mash
Desserts
White chocolate crème brulée
Slice of selected Yorkshire
cheese, traditional accompaniments
